For instance if your socket had been broken and needed to be replaced, the work would take one of our experienced electricians around half an hour to complete, including testing the fixture to ensure its correct and safe operation.

How much will I pay?

Electrical maintenance is charged at an hourly rate. It will depend on the amount of maintenance required, For example, to replace a light pendant it would take around half hour to complete.

If you had two light pendants, or a double socket and a light pendant that required replacing you could expect it to take around the same sort of time per fixture, so 1 hour in total to complete, this will give you a rough idea of what you should expect to pay.
